Marshal Davis

Marshal grew up in the Conroe/Woodlands area. He started my career playing professional baseball in the New York Mets organization; spending my time mostly in Port St. Lucie, Florida. After he “retired”, he moved into the business world, working in small businesses and for a Fortune 500 company.

Always desiring to be an entrepreneur, he co-founded a local business that grew into one of the largest of its kind in Houston. In 2019, he sold that series of companies to an outside investment group and has since focused heavily on real estate full time.

His real estate career spans being a Managing Member and Key Principal in other multifamily assets, owning single family properties and short-term rentals. He has previous experience working for a Houston based property management company in order to learn the in and outs of managing properties.

He lives in the Woodlands, TX, where has a wonderful, gorgeous wife and three hilarious, beautiful and kind daughters. He has served as a Regional Board Member at Hope International, a micro-finance non-profit alleviating poverty and is currently serving on the Financial Oversight Committee of his church, Risen Church North.
